Nature Tradenetwork, your Bengaluru-based source for luxury sabai grass and handcrafted decor, offers limited returns exclusively for damaged products. No refunds are provided under any circumstances—we exchange eligible items only.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns accepted solely for damaged or defective products, reported within 2 days of delivery. Inspect items upon receipt; contact support@naturetradenetwork.com immediately with photos of damage, order number, and details. Unused, undamaged items are non-returnable.
Exchange Process
Approved exchanges ship a replacement at no extra product cost (you cover return shipping). Original packaging required. We inspect returned items; exchanges process within 5-7 business days post-receipt. Custom or personalized products ineligible.
No Refunds Policy
All sales final—no monetary refunds issued. Exchanges limited to identical items in stock. Shipping fees non-refundable. Delays, carrier issues, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify.
